Premium grade, shelled macadamia nuts are sold by the pound. They can be ordered lightly roasted, lightly roasted and lightly salted (with sea salt) or raw.
Note: All nuts are slowly dried over long periods of time using low temperature, low humidity forced air dried to a target remaining-kernel-moisture of 1.5% to 3%. Maximum drying temperature is between 105 degrees and 110 degrees.
Raw nuts are as unadulterated as possible. They are dried, cracked and sorted from the shells. They are not washed in any manner.
